Happy Thursday! Thank goodness it is almost Friday. I spent my entire day wading through the math common core. Oi! There is so much to do! We are not getting new curriculum next year. So we have to go through our current curriculum to figure out where to insert our lessons and what to add. I actually can't wait to start.
Well today I am linking up with a fabulous new summer linky that Halle at Across the Hall in 2nd is hosting.
This week we are talking about our Morning Must-Haves.
Oh caffeine! I definitely need my coffee every morning. It is usually not Starbucks but every now and then I treat myself.
I usually try to read for a bit before work. It is a de-stresser for me. It also helps me be relaxed for a new day at work.
I love Greek yogurt and fruit. Especially strawberries or blueberries. Sometimes I put granola and honey on it too. A perfect way to get my day started.
I use Bare Minerals foundation. I LOVE it. It never feels like it is too heavy and it covers my bags under my eyes.
I am off to grade a mountain of report card assessments. I can't wait for summer. 10 more days of school left!
If Bare Minerals will cover up the bags, then sign me up! I am also trudging through the mountain of assessments on my desk, too! Good luck to ya!

You and I share many favorites things, although there is no way I could find time to read in the morning. Good for you. I'm packing lunches, dressing my boys, and simply trying to get everyone loaded into the car. ;)

Thanks so much for linking up! I can't believe I forgot make-up! It is a definite must-have these last few tired days of school!

I'm impressed with time to read before school. Shew! The mornings are such a whirlwind with trying to get two four year olds on the bus at 7am and then driving to school. I just can't bring myself to get up any earlier.
ReplyDeleteYou have some fabulous favorite things! I too enjoy yogurt and fruit (what a delicious treat!) I love that you can read a little before work-I typically try to after work (before bed) but rarely get time before work. I bet that is a great way to start your day!
ReplyDeleteGlad I found your blog! I am your newest follower!
