Whew! It has been hot up here these last couple of days. Now, I say this with a caveat...I live in Washington State. Our summers are typically a balmy 75-80 degrees all summer long. When the temperature starts to get closer to 90 we start melting up here. There is not a fan left on the shelves in any of the stores in a 50 mile radius. I know this is winter weather for some of you, but this little Pacific Northwest girl is baking.
To try to beat the heat, I figured I would start working on organizing all the papers I brought home from school a couple of weeks ago.
I'm pretty sure I made it worse. I am one of those people that have to take everything out first and then put them in the correct spot. This just means it will be a little messy until I get everything in it's correct spot. How do you organize all your center papers and activities? Do you use a filing cabinet or binders? I am thinking that I would love to change how I organize everything but I am not sure what I am going to do yet.
My mom took pity on me and let me come over for dinner. She lives in a neighboring town about 20 minutes away. It is consistently about 10 degrees cooler at her house.
Yesterday, I was contacted by Jessica from the Literacy Spark to say that I won her 200 follower giveaway! I got some great prizes. It felt like Christmas in July. I can't wait to use all of them.
In other news, my 100 Follower Giveaway ended yesterday. Andrea K you are one lucky girl! You have won my 100 Follower Giveaway. You should be getting an email shortly with the details.
